Space Reservation Request Form

The Facilities Coordinator at Saint Augustine’s University (SAU) can assist you with reserving a space on our campus for your organization’s meeting or event needs. The various venues include conference rooms, classrooms, auditorium and art gallery. The rental costs range from $175 to $500 depending on the venue. A detailed price sheet can be obtained from the Facilities Coordinator.

All requests should be made ten business days in advance of the date of the proposed meeting. All reservations are subject to space availability. Confirmation of space reservations will be provided by the Facilities Coordinator. Please note that the University reserves the right to terminate the privileges for use of any SAU facilities by an individual, group or organization which refuses to comply with the University’s regulations or which permits conduct considered detrimental to the best interest of the University.

Submit Your Request

Instructions for submitting your request are as follows:
  1. Click here to access the application.
  2. Please use your Username to log onto the application if requested. If you do not have an Username, please use with the password sau1234* (Lowercase letters).
  3. At the top right there are two green buttons (Plus) is to start the request, and the (Check) is to submit your request. Select the Plus button to get started.
  4. Please fill out all of the known information. The only optional field is the Campus Phone, and Comments. If you have directions or requests please place these into the Comments area. Select the Check once complete.
  5. After the request is submitted, you will receive an E-mail to inform you if the space you requested is available.

Catering Information

Please note that any organization or group whose events require catering services must use the University’s catering company, ABL Educational Enterprise Incorporated. Please contact Ms. Jane Bass, Catering Manager, at 919-516-5807 or via email at
