Accessing SAU Network
Saint Augustine’s University will allow you access to your desktop by setting up a VPN connection. Staff can request VPN access by visiting the link here.
Collaboration
Microsoft Teams is a messaging app for your organization—a workspace for real-time collaboration and communication, meetings, file and app sharing, and even the occasional emoji! All in one place, all in the open, all accessible to everyone.
Activate Microsoft Team
We recommend that you download a Microsoft Team on desktop as soon as possible.
Teams is available as a desktop app for Windows and Mac. There are also Teams mobile apps for iOS and Android. You’ll get more features for meetings and notifications when you use the apps.

Student Learning Technologies
SAU utilizes My Falcon Landing Portal and Blackboard as tool to deliver online courses.
Faculty Portal
The Faculty Portal allows faculty to upload syllabi, upload assignments, register students, check attendance, submit grades, etc.
If you do not have a My Falcon Landing account or experiencing problems, please submit a support ticket to support@st-aug.edu.
When submitting a question, problem or help, please be as descriptive as possible. This will help us help you. If we cannot solve the support ticket, the ticket will be escalated to the next level of support.
Student Portal
The My Falcon Landing Student Portal is a powerful, easy-to-use tool that offers the highest level of security to ensure the confidentiality of students’ sensitive data. Students can register online, check their grades, and submit resumes online anytime, anywhere.
If you do not have a My Falcon Landing account or experiencing problems, please submit a support ticket to support@st-aug.edu.

Blackboard
Blackboard is a web-based virtual learning environment and learning management system. Get all of your assignments, tutorials, and learning tools on this platform.
If you do not have a Blackboard account or experiencing problems, please submit a support ticket to bbsupport@st-aug.edu.
Learning Technology Support
Any students who need help accessing email, MyFalconLanding, Blackboard, or Cengage should use these resources for support:

Students and instructors can also download the Blackboard Learn and Microsoft Teams apps in case there are internet outtages. These apps will work with phone data. The login information on the apps will be the same as the login information on other devices.

Tutoring Resources
The Write Place
The Write Place offers writing assistance at any stage of the writing process. Aid is provided that identifies writing issues and clear directions are given on how to make writing improvements. Through personalized, one-on-one consultations, writing ideas will be discussed with the goals of alleviating writing fears, promoting creative ideas, and making the practice more enjoyable.
