Congratulations, Class of 2020! You faced a roadblock and persevered. I applaud you and cannot wait to celebrate your success in person at the commencement exercises. Know that you have begun to master the behavioral trait of adaptation during the pandemic, along with the character trait of perseverance. Use them as stepping stones as you continue to mature and grow into the person you want to become. Be optimistic, looking forward, and grateful when you need to look back.
