The organizational management major offers an ideal alternative academic opportunity for working adult learners to earn a Bachelor of Science degree. Through effective instruction, technological application, relevant curricula, and professional development, students are prepared to compete in the global world of work.
The organizational management major courses included in Professional Gateway Studies are designed to:
- Promote students’ ethical and moral development.
- Prepare adult learners to recognize, analyze, and solve problems using the most influential business management principles and tools.
- Prepare students for leadership roles.

Major courses are offered 100% online and are delivered in an accelerated, 8-week format.
