Dr. M. Iyailu Moses Participates in Panel Discussion for Black History Month Celebration

Dr. M. Iyailu Moses participated on a discussion panel for the University of Arizona Global Campus Black History Month Celebration on February 3. Part one of a five-part series entitled Legacy of Leadership: Past to Present, this panel “They Held the Door” described the genesis of HBCU’s, their original purpose, their role within the nation and global community, and their significance within the African American community today.Other panel participants were Dr. Dionne V. McLaughlin, North Carolina Central University, and Dr. Patricia Walker and Coach Harold Johnson, both from Cheyney University.
